Product Introduction
The Lug-Type Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is a combination of a lug-type centerline butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator.
Powered by compressed air, it drives the butterfly plate to rotate 90°, achieving pipeline media shut-off and on/off control, and also allowing for simple flow regulation.
The valve body features an integrated threaded lug (support lug), allowing independent connection to the flanges of both pipes using short bolts. Unlike ordinary wafer butterfly valves, it supports blind flange installation at the pipeline end and single-sided pipe disassembly for maintenance, making it a mainstream automatic control valve for water treatment, HVAC, fire protection, and chemical automation pipelines.
Features:
1.Unique lug-type connection allows for single-sided pipe disassembly while the other side remains sealed and pressurized; supports installation at the pipeline end (head).
2.Centerline soft seal structure provides bidirectional sealing, excellent closing sealing performance, and can achieve bubble-level sealing.
3.Highly expandable for automation：
Can be equipped with solenoid valves, pneumatic triplet units, limit switches, and valve positioners to achieve remote PLC automatic control, signal feedback, and proportional regulation.
4.Easy maintenance: The valve seat can be replaced individually; the pinless butterfly plate connection reduces internal leakage points and simplifies disassembly and assembly.
