The U-shaped flange butterfly valve is a center-line soft-seal short-structure flange butterfly valve.
The valve body adopts a U-shaped one-piece cast flange structure, with a structural length consistent with the wafer butterfly valve,
But shorter than the conventional long double-flange butterfly valve; it combines the compact size of the wafer valve with the stability of flange installation.
The butterfly plate rotates from 0° to 90°, enabling pipeline medium cutoff and flow regulation;
It supports multiple actuation methods including manual worm gear, pneumatic, and electric (on/off type/intelligent regulating type).
And is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, sewage treatment, municipal pipe networks, and marine projects.
It is a preferred economical valve for large-diameter pipelines.
