Product Introduction:
The PTFE seat flange butterfly valve uses an integral PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seat and flange connection structure.
It can be configured with worm gear manual, pneumatic, or compact electric actuation.
Media shut-off and flow regulation are achieved by rotating the butterfly plate from 0° to 90°.
PTFE seats are compatible with highly corrosive media and high/low temperature conditions.
They also possess non-stick, wear-resistant, and chemical corrosion-resistant properties, overcoming the shortcomings of rubber seats in resisting acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
They are widely used in pipelines handling corrosive fluids in chemical, electroplating, pure water, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
