Ventilation butterfly valve, also known as flue gas damper, is a center-line welded butterfly valve specially designed for low-pressure, large-flow gas pipelines. Product Introduction:

Ventilation butterfly valves (duct butterfly valves, flue gas butterfly valves) are center-line welded butterfly valves, specifically designed for low-pressure, high-flow gas pipelines. 

They achieve duct opening/closing, airflow regulation, and pressure balancing through 0°~90° rotation of the butterfly plate.

They are mainly used in gas pipelines carrying dust-laden cold air, hot air, flue gas, exhaust gas, and air.

And are core control equipment in dust removal systems, industrial kilns, environmental protection waste gas systems, HVAC systems, and metallurgical mining pipelines.


Advantages:

1. Extremely low flow resistance, energy saving and consumption reduction: 

The fully open state is close to a straight flow path, resulting in minimal air pressure loss and significantly reduced fan energy consumption, 

suitable for continuous ventilation with high air volume.

2. Lightweight structure, easy installation: 

The short welded valve body is much lighter than gate valves and globe valves; it supports horizontal/vertical installation and is not limited by the direction of media flow.

3. Dust resistant and high temperature resistant: 

The metal hard-seal structure is resistant to dust erosion and can adapt to high-temperature flue gas; it is not prone to dust accumulation and is less likely to jam during long-term operation.

4. Quick opening and closing, low torque: 

The switch is completed with a 90° rotation, making operation easy; it can be frequently adjusted, serving both as a shut-off valve and a flow regulator.

5. High degree of customization: 

Diameter, material, drive method, temperature resistance, and anti-corrosion coating can all be customized as needed; large diameters up to DN6000 are available.
