Product Introduction:
Pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve (flue gas damper) is a center-line welded butterfly valve, driven by pneumatic actuator.
The disc rotates within 0°~90° to realize pipeline on-off and air volume regulation.
It is designed for low-pressure & large-flow gas ductwork, suitable for air, hot air, dust-laden flue gas and industrial waste gas.
Standard version is non-sealing with minor leakage. Metal hard seal or soft seal can be customized according to working conditions.

Welded body without internal linkages, anti-dust accumulation, anti-jamming.
Two actuator options: double-acting / single-acting (spring return).Single-acting type achieves fail-open / fail-close when air supply lost.
Multiple control modes: on-off type or modulating type with positioner.
Explosion-proof accessories optional for flammable gas pipeline.
Reminder: Stable clean compressed air (0.4~0.6 MPa) is required on site.
