• Double Acting Pneumatic Pinch Valve is designed for reliable on/off and flow control of slurry, sewage, powder, tailings and other abrasive media in demanding industrial pipelines. Featuring a full bore straight-through flow passage and flexible rubber sleeve sealing structure, this air operated pinch valve provides tight shutoff, low flow resistance and anti-clogging performance for media containing solids and particles.

• The flanged pneumatic pinch valve uses a double acting pneumatic cylinder for fast, stable actuation. The replaceable rubber sleeve is the main wetted and sealing component, helping isolate the valve body from process media and reduce wear. Sleeve materials can be customized in Natural Rubber, NBR, EPDM, Neoprene or Viton for different abrasion, corrosion and temperature requirements.

• Available in DN25-DN400, this industrial pinch valve supports Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel body options. Its flanged connection, full port design and replaceable sleeve simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.

• Ideal for mining, mineral processing, slurry transportation, wastewater treatment, chemical plants, cement, power plants, powder handling and bulk material systems, this heavy duty slurry valve is suitable for ore pulp, sludge, sewage, abrasive particles and corrosive media.

Sealing grade: VI level bubble-free zero leakage.
