Wafer Type Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
Wafer stainless steel butterfly valve adopts CF8/CF8M stainless steel body, resilient seat design. 90-degree rotary operation for on-off and flow regulation. Compact wafer structure installed between pipe flanges. Excellent corrosion resistance, bidirectional tight shut-off. Available in lever, gear, pneumatic, electric actuator. Widely used in water treatment, chemical, food, marine, environmental engineering for corrosive liquid, gas medium.
Structural features:
-Valve body: Usually adopts wafer connection, compact structure, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
-Valve disc: The valve disc is the core component of the butterfly valve, usually in the shape of a disc, and controls the on and off of the fluid by rotation.
-Sealing material: The sealing material of the soft-sealed butterfly valve is usually rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other elastic materials, with good sealing performance.
-Valve stem: The valve stem connects the valve plate and the operating mechanism, and transmits the operating force to rotate the valve plate.
