Product Introduction:
D943 electric double eccentric flange butterfly valve consists of double eccentric butterfly valve body and electric actuator.
The electric actuator drives the valve shaft, and the disc rotates at 0°~90° to realize pipeline shut-off and flow regulation.
Adopting advanced double eccentric sealing design, the disc separates from valve seat immediately once opening, effectively reducing friction of sealing parts.
It features reliable bi-directional tight sealing and long service life. Flange connection guarantees stable installation.
This valve is widely used in automatic piping systems of water supply, wastewater treatment, district heating, power plant circulating water and industrial water treatment, supporting local and remote automatic control.
Main Features:
1.Double Eccentric Sealing Design：
Double offset structure avoids continuous scraping between disc and seat during operation.
Low friction loss, tight bi-directional shutoff, suitable for frequent opening & closing working conditions.
2.Flange Connection End：
Standard flange connection with high pressure resistance. Support bracket is available for large diameter valves to reduce pipeline load.
3.Electric Actuator Drive：
Two actuator types for option: On-off type and modulating type.
On-off type: full open / full close control.
Modulating type: 4-20mA / 0-10V analog signal for continuous flow regulation.
Built-in overload protection, position feedback and opening indicator. Explosion-proof electric actuator is optional for hazardous areas.
Power supply: AC220V, AC380V, DC24V.
4.Optimized Reinforced Disc：
Grid lightweight disc brings low flow resistance. Replaceable seat seal reduces maintenance cost.
