Product Introduction:

Lug triple eccentric metal seated butterfly valve adopts triple offset wedge metal hard sealing structure. 

Integrated threaded lugs are cast on valve body, fixed with separate short bolts on both pipeline flanges. The disc rotates 0°~90° for shut-off and flow regulation.

It combines the compact advantage of wafer valve and stable performance of flange valve. 

The outstanding feature: dead-end service available, single side pipeline can be removed for maintenance without dropping the valve. 

Widely used in oil & gas, marine, petrochemical, district heating for steam, thermal oil, flue gas and fuel pipelines.

Main Features:

1.Triple Offset Metal Hard Seal

Three offset geometry separates disc and seat instantly upon opening, no scraping between sealing surfaces. 

Wedge self-tightening structure achieves bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff. Stainless steel laminated metal seal resists high temperature, erosion and fire risk.

2.Lug Connection Design

Equipped with threaded lugs, no full-length through bolts required. 

Each pipeline flange is fixed independently.

• Allow dead-end service at pipeline terminal;

• Remove one side piping only during maintenance, the valve remains fixed on another flange.Note: Standard wafer butterfly valve cannot be used for dead-end service.

3.Multiple Actuator Options

• D73H: Worm gear handwheel operation with position indicator

• D673H: Pneumatic actuator (double acting / spring return), support on-off or modulating control

• D973H: Electric actuator for remote control, with manual override

4.Compact & Cost Effective

Shorter face-to-face length and lighter weight than flange butterfly valve. Multiple material combinations for various working conditions.
